Advice I would give a recent graduate? Have a growth mindset and never stop learning; have humility in all you do; and regardless of what business you’re in, get as close to the customer as you can.
What nonprofit are you proud to champion? I recently joined the board of Living Classrooms Foundation, an organization that implements community- driven, research-based best practices to create both equitable access to opportunity and sense of belonging in learning environments where students across Baltimore and Washington, D.C. are safe, known, loved and welcome. This organization aligns with my passion for helping at-risk youth succeed and achieve their potential – with a focus on hands-on education and workforce development – to create tomorrow’s leaders.
