Has the internet created more inclusion or exclusion? In my opinion, the internet has unlocked a world of opportunity to drive better inclusion and awareness. Bridging the digital divide and ensuring widespread connectivity can be transformative, offering access to resources that enhance education and skill development, and creating potential life-changing opportunities.

Advice I’d give to a recent graduate. My advice to a recent graduate would be that anything is possible, regardless of your background or upbringing, as long as you are willing to put in the work. Pursue your passions and don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. In my experience, I learned the most when I pushed those boundaries. Stay focused on your performance, be persistent in your pursuit, and be patient with your development. Above all, always follow your passions.

What does work-life balance mean to you? Finding the right balance between work and life is critical. In my opinion, both are required to be successful in life. Whatever motivates you outside of work must remain a passion, as it is what keeps you grounded and encourages you to work harder. For me, family is everything. Achieving balance means dedicating the same level of focus, energy, and passion to my family as I do to my work.
