What’s your boldest prediction about the industry in the next 10 years? AI will continue to revolutionize our industry, providing more choices using both predictive and generative AI and addressing customers and companies’ needs. This will push our industry into even more convergence and collaboration.
Has the internet created more inclusion or exclusion? I’m excited that the internet has continued to open doors and include people worldwide. I don’t think our industry has been given proper credit for advancing connectivity, especially considering the pace at which we’ve progressed and the investments we’ve made and continue to make. Our work truly helps to level the playing field for people regardless of their background.
Advice I would give a recent graduate: Think about not only what is happening now but the possibilities of how technology will impact our future. Find your place, identify the contributions you can make, and determine the skills you still need. Also, don’t wait to give back. Many young and not so young people can benefit from your insights and skills.
