My personal superpower is: Discernment/good judgment

What habit are you keeping post-pandemic? Utilizing all of the virtual technology for meetings. While I love face-to-face meetings, I have gained a great respect for what Zoom and Teams have brought to the table. We can screen-share and quickly pull up data and truly white board with none of the T&E expense. However, we expect most of our recurring monthly/quarterly meetings to be “live.”

Number of times flown in the past year? Once. Starting this month, I will be back to business travel as usual and have several flights booked. Our upcoming staff and board meetings will take place in person.

My proudest professional achievement over the past 12 months is… The speed and agility to shift our business model within 48 hours. We were able to move all call centers and back-office employees to a work at home environment launch HSD self-installs for our customers all while achieving record breaking growth and keeping all of our customers and employees safe.

How does the country narrow the digital divide? Through the influx of all of the private, public, state, and federal initiatives and bills that have been put in place especially addressing rural America where there is no access to true broadband. However, it is imperative that we engage with reputable companies that have solid experience and can execute.
