Richardson supports 50 different businesses units and approximately 8,000 employees around the world. If that’s not enough, he keeps busy serving on ESPN’s board of directors and executive committee. Under his leadership, ESPN launched diversity initiatives including a Women’s Leadership Conference, nine Employee Resource Groups and an Executive Diversity Council. He also architected Disney’s signature Heroes Work Here Veterans Initiative, Global Workplace & Women’s Initiative and a growth initiative targeting US Hispanics. He is a member of NAMIC and is also a board member of C2HR (formerly CTHRA).
