What specifically does your company do to support and elevate the women who work there?
Pop TV has a very strong team that is comprised of a lot of incredibly smart and creative women including senior leaders, managers and team members. Support comes from the confidence and trust that is put in every one of them on a daily basis to get it done and get it done right. Those of us that excel are recognized.

How can the industry do a better job of recruiting women and ensuring they have a path to senior positions?
The industry can simply give the right jobs to the right people. Women will rise to the top by way of doing what they do best… excelling. It’s not about doing a better job of recruiting women…it’s about doing a better job of recruiting the best. The women will do the rest.

What advice would you give your 13-year-old self?
