She’s responsible for all legislative issues for Congress and the presidential administration and all political activities for the company inside the beltway, along with corporate affairs. She also co-manages Comcast’s DC corporate office. A stressful job, no doubt, but Maxfield has a remedy: “Physical activity where you can’t have a mobile device with you,” she says. “For me that it is surfing. When I can’t surf then spinning at Soul Cycle or working out with my trainer.”
