What’s a recent example of a step forward for women in the media industry?
A proud and memorable moment for women in the media industry and everywhere to witness was when Hoda Kotb joined Savannah Guthrie to become the first female hosts to lead “Today.”

Who is an inspirational woman you admire, and why?
I admire Malala Yousafzai as an advocate for education and equality for all women and the youngest-ever Nobel laureate. Even after being a victim of a violent attack, she continues to dedicate her life to giving every girl an opportunity to achieve a future she chooses.
