DeLuca continues to position Bravo Media as an industry leader by creating innovative and compelling marketing plans. Recently, she and her team executed several marketing initiatives with New York Magazine and Thinkingbox promoting the June return of “Odd Mom Out.” DeLuca also has focused on the expansion of existing network franchises such as “The Real Housewives,” which debuted new installments in Potomac and Dallas in 2016. Like many execs queried for this feature, she gives kudos to ShondaLand for its diversity. “I’m proud that Bravo has many series that embrace diversity,” DeLuca says, “and Netflix as well, with shows like ‘Orange Is the New Black.’”
