With the recent restructuring, Suniewick’s digital enterprise group moved over to Bonnie Hammer’s consolidated digital group, and she continues to lead digital growth across NBCU’s nets and partners. Highlights include the growth of On Her Turf, the digital brand in partnership with Refinery29 that launched during the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics. What began as an Instagram account is now a multiplatform, multimedia venture including a podcast hosted by Kathryn Tappen, a video series and experimental activations. On Her Turf has grown more than 1,400% since launch. Suniewick also oversees NBCU’s collaborations with digital partners including Buzzfeed and Snapchat.
