Sinclair has been busy “game-ifying” its assets, and Rutishauser has been a big part of the evolution. She was a key driver in the company’s partnership with Bally’s that saw the rebranding of Sinclair’s regional sports networks as Bally Sports and launch of a slate of direct-to-consumer options to drive fan engagement, e-commerce and immersive activities. She’s also a staunch advocate on the virtues of the NextGen Broadcast technology.

How has your definition of success changed over the course of your career? When you’re young and starting out in your career, the focus is often on your own development and advancement. As you grow into more senior levels, the focus shifts to helping others in their journey and providing guidance, mentorship and assistance to those early in their careers.
