Hsia’s role has only been amplified as digital continues to grow across the industry. She’s been busy building out Universal Kids’ multi-screen experiences and maintaining Bravo’s dominance on the digital side. Over at Oxygen.com, the brand is having its best year ever across all metrics, up in unique visitors, short-form video and TV Everywhere. With building momentum, Hsia will lead the digital media group into 2021 and continue telling diverse stories. “To show a sincere commitment to diversity and inclusion, companies need to change the culture from within so employees at all levels embrace and truly “live” a diverse and inclusive mindset,” she says.
