The Why: Libramonte excels at strategic negotiations that drive record-breaking viewership for the NBCUniversal portfolio, including, recently, those leading to the long-term renewal of 25 expiring RSN deals that represented $275 million over term and another that bolstered the partnership between Verizon and NCTC. She’s an active member of the new NBCU Content Distribution DEI Council and outside the office, Libramonte and her husband launched the Bethpage Kickboxing Academy, a Muay Thai and Filipino martial arts school to help quell anti-Asian hate and promote positive aspects of Asian culture within their community.
She Says… “Inclusion in the workplace should be a mindset of thinking of and treating your co-workers as more than just colleagues but a community of experts in their field with an open perspective for giving and receiving ideas. And together, creating a supportive environment to push big goals and challenge status quo.”
Organization you’re proud to support: As a 10-year TNBC breast cancer survivor, I am proud to support the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center where I underwent cancer treatments. I owe my life to the doctors and nurses who took care of me.
Coworkers describe me as… a hardworking, driven and inclusive leader with a keen focus for precision, always setting a high standard for quality work product and managing efficient meetings in a fun environment.
How do you define inclusion? Inclusion in the workplace should be a mindset of thinking of and treating your coworkers as more than just colleagues but a community of experts in their field with an open perspective for giving and receiving ideas. And together, creating a supportive environment to push big goals and challenge status quo.
