The COVID-19 Pandemic forever changed my perspective on:
The value of daily walks, meeting neighbors, sharing the burdens of the lockdown together.

The COVID-19 Pandemic forever changed my perspective on:
the value of daily walks, meeting neighbors, sharing the burdens of the lockdown together. Oddly enough, it had the effect of uniting us, even as we were forced to social distance.

How has the pandemic shaped the industry’s future?
Whether for the cable industry or other business sectors, it’s clear that many of the adaptations made to address the immediate crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic will become long lasting and even permanent, as we’ve found that many of the adjustments made have benefited both the company and our customers, including enhanced self-care options.

The future of broadband…
Is exceptionally strong. The COVID-19 situation revealed how very vital broadband is to home life, working from home, distance learning.

Is cable recession proof?
Broadband services are resilient because they provide vital connectivity during times of crisis, such as COVID-19, and should weather economic downturns well. The video business, already having undergone such significant change, will endure further change after COVID and is most vulnerable to economic stresses.

What about travel used to annoy you but that now you actually miss?
When I start to miss going through airport security, that’s proof that the COVID-19 has worn on me. It’s definitely reminded me not to take for granted the day-to-day conveniences we enjoy, including travel with all its hassles.

Working from home has taught me…
How much I miss my co-workers, including the energy and support we provide to each other, not to mention good laughs that keep us grounded through the busiest and most stressful times.
