In his previous role as a talent attorney, one of his duties was to close the talent and content gap between the U.S. and Asia. To achieve this, he sought more AAPI representation in programs, something he still looks to accomplish daily. He also served as legal counsel for the Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment, which focuses on AAPI representation among creators and executives.
