Kicking off 2019 with a new position, Kleinhans’ focus has been on making it easier for customers to build their own service bundles. Comcast’s call center agents have felt an unexpected benefit from her efforts, seeing simplified order entry across all products and services. Working cross-functionally is no sweat for Kleinhans, who led finance, technology and project management teams through the redesign and successful rollout of a go-to market strategy for the Central Division. Looking ahead, she’ll lead the area’s 2020 budget process and set the building blocks for initiatives further down the road.
