Karen Buchholz

Whether a project involves security, sustainability, travel or aviation, Buchholz makes it happen. She led the launch of Comcast’s Studio Xfinity stores as well as the development of the new Comcast Technology Center, a project with a $1.5 billion price tag. The tower, which serves as the home for Comcast’s engineers and technologists, is the tallest skyscraper in Philadelphia and the tenth tallest in the US. Towers are becoming something of Buchholz’s specialty. She also oversaw the development of the 56-story Comcast Center, a $750 million project that wrapped in 2008.
