What does work-life balance mean to you? For me, work-life “balance” is best described as work-life “integration” by maintaining a healthy equilibrium between my professional and personal responsibilities. It’s about managing my time and energy so that I can be productive and successful at work while also prioritizing self-care, relationships and activities that bring joy and fulfillment.

Advice I would give a recent graduate: Two pieces of advice I would give to a recent graduate to help them navigate the transition from school to the next stage of life would be to embrace lifelong learning and be willing to take risks and explore. Graduation doesn’t mark the end of learning. Stay curious and open to new knowledge, whether through formal education, reading, or gaining hands-on experience. The world is changing fast, so continuous learning is key to staying adaptable and relevant. Early in your career is the best time to explore different paths, try new things, and take calculated risks. Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone—you may discover passions you didn’t know you had. Never stop pursuing becoming the best version of yourself – personally, professionally, physically, and spiritually.

What nonprofit are you proud to champion and why? I am proud to champion the cause of Greater Twin Cities United Way and be on their board of directors because of its deep commitment to creating equitable opportunities and uplifting individuals and families across the Twin Cities. By addressing the root causes of poverty, education gaps, and access to essential resources, the organization is transforming lives and fostering lasting change. For example, Comcast has been proud to be a part of their Action Day to help address educational disparities and ensure that students are set for a successful school year. I am honored to support a mission that empowers individuals to achieve their full potential while building a stronger, more inclusive Twin Cities.
