One Word that Best Describes Me: Passionate

Turner is championing Univision and its brands and building strategic partnerships like the Sony venture to promote the film “Hotel Transylvania” to Hispanic audiences. With oversight of Univision News across network and digital platforms, Lee has elevated the company’s commitment to, and recognition for, its journalistic endeavors—including co-moderating a presidential debate. He’ll also continue to guide Fusion, which Univision now controls. With Rodriguez as coach, Univision Deportes’ programming is a force to be reckoned with by any sports network and continues to see ratings surges on the strength of deals including a recent pact for UEFA soccer.

The biggest innovation in cable over the last year: Producing live sports events remotely. We did it this year for the MLS season, and it will definitely change the way networks produce live events.

I watch the majority of programming on this device: A Huge TV

Favorite vacation spot: Okemo in Vermont. I love snow skiing with family & friends.

Best way to spend a Saturday night: There are many, but one of them is watching soccer obviously!

The technology that will most benefit cable over the next year is: The convergence between OTT and TVE services. The key is to deliver to audiences the content they want whenever and wherever they are and Networks, Distributors and OTT providers are working together to do so.
