More than a year into his role as a member of the Comcast executive team, former HP exec Clark directs and coordinates company responses to investigations and subpoenas at the federal, state and local levels. As well as analyzing legal issues and counsels on the mitigation of risk, he is working to build and oversee the company’s growing Government Investigations Group. “I think there has been a sea change in companies’ diversity and inclusion practices, such that issues of diversity and inclusion are not simply relegated to a department or program but a philosophy throughout the organization,” he says.

What’s a recent example of a step forward for diversity in the industry?
I think there has been a sea change in companies’ diversity & inclusion practices, such that issues of diversity and inclusion are not simply relegated to a department or program but a philosophy throughout the organization. I view Comcast NBCUniversal as a leader in appreciating the value diversity and inclusion add to business growth, innovation, and culture.
