A pioneer in the pay-TV industry, Condista Networks and its founder Fiterre celebrated their 20th anniversary in 2019. In the age of COVID with restricted travel and cancelled trade shows, Fiterre has pivoted to virtual networking to build relationships and provide thought leadership. Fiterre also developed Condista’s newest offering, Canales HD, a standalone package of 29 Spanish language channels appealing to the entertainment and sports interests of the US Hispanic population. “My career in the media industry spans more than 30 years and I have always been a strong supporter recognizing the need for Spanish language programming offerings for this important demographic,” he says.

Companies can show a sincere commitment to diversity and inclusion by making a conscious effort to support and do business with minority and women owned business at all levels. The key is to ensure there is inclusion at all levels.
How have you been a champion of diversity & inclusion in your professional life?
My career in the media industry spans more than 30 years and I have always been a strong supporter recognizing the need for Spanish language programming offerings for this important demographic. In fact, having identified this need gave me the opportunity to establish Condista Networks, the leading Spanish-language network representation group in Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market, serving Hispanics and other minorities.
