How can diversity be better incorporated into the recruiting process?
Companies should ensure that all open positions are truly available to all applicants. Strategic changes in the hiring process are necessary to prioritize reaching and attracting a diverse pool of candidates. We need to bring in and support different voices so that we can introduce new ideas and change into organizations.

Leaders need to be asking if our companies are reflecting the market. There’s a real need to increase diversity at the senior level so that companies reflect the demographics they serve. It’s important for the next generation of leaders to be as diverse as the world around us.
