Salke is approaching her fifth year at the Amazon Studios helm, where she’s dramatically expanded the volume and scope of production operation including “The Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power,” its biggest series ever. She’s dedicated to ensuring diversity and inclusion, both on screen and off, including hiring Amazon Studios’ first-ever head of diversity, and she’s a board member of Big Brothers, Big Sisters’ L.A. chapter.
