Lem was promoted to her role as senior manager just in time to get ready for the upcoming launch of HBO Max. She now handles overseeing the distribution strategy for the new streamer, drawing upon her experiences of working with traditional MVPD partners. She handles the apps distribution business, making sure as many people as possible can stream content from HBO Max across partners like Apple, Google and Samsung. If that doesn’t keep her busy enough, Lem holds leadership roles in internal company organizations including HBO’s MOSAIC employee resource group.
