Frances Manfredi, President, NBCUniversal Television and New Media Distribution, U.S. & Canada

Over the course of Manfredi’s career (so far), she’s increased licensing revenue to more than $1 billion for NBCU annually. During the last 12 months alone, she struck a multiplatform deal with USA, Oxygen, Ion and MyNetwork TV to license “Chicago PD” from Wolf Entertainment and Universal Television. She also licensed seven seasons of “Parks and Recreation” to Comedy Central, and oversaw a strategic deal to bring DreamWorks Classics holiday titles to ABC, CBS and Freeform. Manfredi also takes the time to give back to NBCU; she helps guide young women through the company’s mentorship program.
