Paul’s passions for mathematics and finance brought her into a male-dominated field, and she’s never let any glass ceiling stop her from achieving her goals. Paul has called this time in her career a major highlight, as she’s worked to build Hulu into a streaming leader amid massive change in the cable industry. Since she joined, Hulu has released a plethora of shows with women at the forefront. While her day job will see her continuing to look for programs that deliver, Paul also is incredibly passionate about ensuring female employees at Hulu are able to strike a balance between work and family. She enjoys personally mentoring employees who are experiencing the maternity process and attempting to adjust to life after baby.
