Romaine wants to integrate acceptance into every fiber of Warner Bros. Discovery. He developed an inclusion marketing vertical that positions the company’s DEI content to various business partners, and a recent project saw the department create a database of the top marketing agencies owned by people of color and underrepresented communities for future partnership opportunities. Romaine is an active sponsor of TNT Sports’ Black Sports employee affinity group EMBRACE and prioritizes DEI learning and development within his own team through continuing education. He is the mind behind a series of DEI workshops across the sales and marketing organization addressing unintentional biases and being an inclusive manager.
