What’s your best advice to someone just entering the video content/distribution industry?
I’d say don’t be afraid to take risks and raise your hand. Work on what you believe in and don’t give up. I really believe that the best ideas are still to come from those who are working hard and rising up in the industry.

If there were a reality show based on your office, what would it be called?
It would be called “Ask Deb.” My team is currently focused on the opening of the Comcast Technology Center, as we begin employee moves into the new state-of-the-art building and expand our Comcast Center campus in Philadelphia. It’s a huge undertaking with many details to juggle, but my team goes above and beyond to get it all done. Some team members have worked on this project for about six years now, so I can’t say enough about their dedication, attention to detail, and positive attitude every step of the way. And, it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a project that’s shaping history as the building represents the next chapter for our company, with a continued focus on technology and innovation.
