Murdock earned a promotion this year to EVP, continuing to serve as the keeper of Comcast’s books, leading the company’s external financial support, corporate accounting and corporate internal controls functions. Prior to Comcast, he was with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where he served as the Deputy Chief Accountant in the agency’s Office of the Chief Accountant since 2013.
