Zimmer leads the charge in expanding Nexstar’s reach, securing deals with platforms like Hulu, YouTube and Fubo along with the matrix of MVPDs and broadcast stations. Her team negotiates hundreds of contracts with station groups, satellite, cable and telco companies to distribute 310,000 hours of original video content each year. Her deep understanding of the industry makes her a valued member of the board for the CBS Affiliate Group, where she plays a pivotal role in advising the growth of the organization.

Who is a female athlete you admire and why? Simone Biles – For obvious reasons, she is amazing and the very best at her sport, but more importantly to me, she knew when she needed to take time off to care for her mental well-being. Despite being in the spotlight at a time when her team needed her, she knew best that she needed to reset. Too often, we push ourselves even when we know deep down that we are burning the candle at both ends.
If you could compete in one game or competition series, which would it be? US Open Tennis.
