The Why? As a non-binary CEO at the LGBTQ-first media company, Pelliccione represents and creates visibility for inclusivity at the executive level. From being included in GLAAD’s top media list to being a supporter of AIMM, Revry maintains its purpose of supporting the community. Pelliccione mentors across several different programs and organizations, including the Screen Actors Guild National LGBTQ Committee as well as the Producers Guild National LGBTQ Working Group, which Pelliccione was instrumental in organizing.

Someone who has kicked down a door for me: Tim Cook is the one that has kicked some many open for all of us. Seeing an openly gay man successfully take over Apple after its founder Steve Jobs, also a hero of mine, is inspiring.

What makes for a successful Employee Resource Group? At Revry, we are always ready to support the many employee resource groups at our partners in the media ecosystem. Some are visible and active while some lag in their efforts. I believe that ERGs can become great forces for societal and economic growth.
