The Why? Robinson has been in this post for more than a decade, but his enthusiasm for fostering a workplace that values all is as infectious as it was on Day 1. He’s helping spearhead the company’s $100 million commitment to fight social injustice and inequality and was recognized by Out magazine last year for helping make Comcast NBCU more LGTBQ+-inclusive.
He Says… “Our commitment to diverse recruitment is companywide, including slate requirements across all levels, from our Page Program and internships to executive levels.”

Who has kicked down a door for you? I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have had many advocates through the years, and two people stand out. Early in my career at CBS in my first broadcasting job I was mentored by a woman named Dale Hopkins, who believed in me from day one and who literally changed the trajectory of my career. And later, I worked for Linda Sullivan at WRC in Washington, who was an incredible advocate and mentor who taught me so much about leadership. They were both generous colleagues, and they remain dear personal friends to this day.
