The Why? Under Dunleavy’s leadership, Disney Advertising stuck to its promise to incorporate $100 million in multicultural commitments in this upfront season. Her team also created Project Elevate, which seeks to empower minority-owned small businesses. Dunleavy also led Capital One’s sponsorship of the Rhoden Fellows Initiative, a training program for rising sports journalists from HBCUs, as well as the Aflac and ESPN collab to feature tailgates at high-profile HBCU matchups.

Bucket list travel destination? Antarctica. My friend went shortly before the pandemic and once my son and I saw her experience in photos, we instantly knew we had to make our way there at some point.
