Maldonado’s contributions to Mediacom’s “Reimagining the Workforce” initiative provide guidance and encouragement for growth, productivity and job satisfaction, creating a cultural shift enabling businesses and employees to survive and thrive in a non-traditional work environment. She also oversees Mediacom’s field-based HR leaders to ensure the consistency and integrity of human resources practices throughout the organization and the programs she has supported have led to Mediacom having the lowest turnover rates in the cable industry as well as increased employee job satisfaction.

I regularly reflect on my experiences to identify what I can improve, as I believe it’s my responsibility to help cultivate the workforce of the future. I understand the importance of being malleable and intentional in my leadership style. I strive to be an empathetic leader, dedicated to mentoring and empowering my team. My goal is to bring out the best in everyone, fostering a strong, cohesive team that takes initiative and shares ideas because they feel a sense of ownership.
