How can diversity be better incorporated into the recruiting process?
Organizations must realize that traditional job descriptions might inadvertently eliminate great candidates for certain roles, so it’s important to review the required duties and qualifications regularly and question every word to ensure we cast the widest net possible
Can you share a successful diversity program at your company or one you’ve observed at another company or organization?
Cox recently launched the Small Business Growth Academy at Delgado Community College in New Orleans, where 12 diverse business owners were granted scholarships to take classes to help them grow their businesses.
