The combination of Maldonado’s marketing experience, his analytical nature, and his uncanny ability to build and sustain positive and productive working relationships within both Cox and the MSO community has served the company, its partners and customers well. His innovations in customer marketing strategies continue in the form of a new cross-functional team and its enterprise-wide customer value management methodology, which was designed to help with strategic and operational decision-making across the company. Maldonado’s desire to improve the experience of others is also found in his charitable work with the Salvation Army’s Red Shield Services. “They help homeless families transition from the streets to affordable housing,” he says.
