Maldonado leads design and implementation of Cox’s enterprise-wide strategic segmentation, and drives customer marketing to embrace a highly personalized approach. In addition to being analytical and having a wide range of relevant industry experience, Maldonado has a sincere passion to serve the business, values transparency, and proactively partners to build and maintain long-term relationships across Cox and the MSO community.
