Kanouff leads the engineering team creating the tech that simplifies and improves the customer experience, including multiroom DVRs, the smart router, improved WiFi and the Optimum program guide. She developed the architecture used to relaunch Optimum.net as a customer-focused portal. Kanouff’s also team received six patents and won a Technology and Engineering Emmy for creating and deploying Cablevision’s cloud-based multiroom DVR that can record 10 shows at once and upped storage by three fold.
