This past year Davis led the organizational redesign of the human resources function in Comcast’s California market. “Completing the redesign required facilitating major changes to functional processes, systems, and human capital. The transition set the stage for broader organizational changes across the company,” he says. Davis says he can’t imagine working in another industry. “The only alternative would be retirement.”
