Bakare led the digital phone launch team in the L.A. region, resulting in 300% subscriber growth throughout the TWC/Comcast/Adelphia integration. Now in Mid-Ohio, he is responsible for running operations for several systems in the division. He serves as a mentor through NAMIC’s program and was a recipient of the NAMIC Luminary Award. Until recently he was an active board member in Big Brothers/Big Sisters-L.A., where he developed activities for youth. He also worked with the L.A. Urban League to develop an Executive Roundtable featuring executives of color.
