The event generated a national discussion about bullying prevention. More than 5,000 students from 50 schools in the Las Vegas area attended the concert. Thousands of tweets generated more than 6.6 million impressions the night of the concert. The student sweepstakes received more than 1,000 entries. The sweeps was expanded to 12 winners, who participated in a Cox anti-bullying roundtable and research discussion. These winners now serve as anti-bullying ambassadors in their schools and communities.
