The definition of a team player, Cornileus guides ESPN employees through an array of development classes available to them using a unique online tool dubbed the “Leadership GPS.” In addition, she continues to support ESPN The University, a learning program for which she designed eight courses where employees could learn from senior execs about the business of ESPN based entirely on employee feedback. The accomplishment she’s most proud of? The co-development of the ESPN Executive Women’s Forum, designed “to allow women to get to know one another across business lines, develop a supportive network, enhance business and industry acumen through sharing with one another and participating in industry events, and providing leadership internally and externally.”
