Stubbs was appointed Engineering VP in March 2013 and now oversees the introduction of network upgrades with speeds capable of 150MB, new cable boxes that will tout 1 Gig of storage and other Cox expansions. Stubbs also understands cable beyond technology, which helps her make sound business decisions. Plus, “I’ve got a great group of folks that gets what it means to deliver customer service,” she says.
