Since joining the Keystone region in 2015, Murphy has become an instrumental player in its cultural transformation, especially in areas such as employee communications, leadership development and community outreach. She’s helped develop an employee feedback portal to improve communication between frontline workers and the senior leaders. Murphy devotes at least an hour each day to mentoring others. “From the very beginning of a mentoring relationship, I share what I can help with and what I cannot, and for the things I cannot do, I try to connect them with people who can fill that void,” she says. “Access is as valuable as gold in the corporate economy, so if I can connect great people, that’s a win for everyone!”
