Given Holland’s advocacy for front-line customer service staff, it’s fitting she felt her biggest achievement in the past year was partnering with her local senior line executive to meet with 1,800 front-line employees in small groups of 25-30. “They were a combination of sharing information and listening sessions. It took a few months, but the time commitment was well worth it,” she says. Holland doesn’t leave home without her iPhone. “I am not constantly on it, but can’t imagine not being able to be in touch whenever I choose.”
