2015 was a big year for TiVo, with September including the introduction of TiVo Bolt. The Bolt may be its most consumer friendly device ever, allowing users to skip entire commercial breaks with a button. It also unifies content from cable, VOD, OTT and broadcast, allowing a seamless viewing experience.. The year also included the launch of TiVo Lite, a cost effective, next-gen multiscreen experience for MVPD partners. Running on Cubiware’s CubiTV middleware, operators can use the Lite to deliver improved navigation that consolidates linear, VOD and streaming options.
