A native of Michigan, Collins is active in community efforts to promote the state’s continued recovery. Over the last year, he helped the Heartland region achieve dramatic gains in subscriptions for the X1 Entertainment System, which was launched last spring. Collins believes in encouraging employees to be ambassadors for the Xfinity brand. He led efforts to build six additional learning centers, which allowed employees to get more hands-on experience with all Xfinity services and products.
