As a Regional Data Engineer for Suddenlink, Lee is responsible for overseeing and supporting the fiber network that supports data, voice and video customers across the Atlanta region. She regards reclaiming bandwidth from spectrum once used by analog video as key. “As soon as [customers] sense a slowdown or see buffering, they blame the pipe – which is the same as blaming us,” she says. “I want their experience to be the best possible. This gives us opportunities to grow in ways we couldn’t previously.”
