This year Belker was behind significant new Sony deals including “Seinfeld” airing on Hulu and bringing “Better Call Saul” to Netflix. Both are examples of her ability to create new business models that adapt to digital environments. She believes the most important aspect of mentoring is sharing insights. “I learn quite a lot from my mentees about current trends, new challenges in today’s workforce, new nontraditional skills and how much dating life has changed!”

 

What’s the most important aspect of mentoring?

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

Pre-booking several family 3-day weekends in outdoor locations throughout the year. Staycations don’t count; being away allows more effective unplugging. I’m counting on Godzilla El Nino this winter.

Creating new recipes from Pinterest suggestions.
