This Emmy-wining producer is laser focused on originals for Oxygen’s young, millennial female viewers. Following the success of “The Prancing Elites,” she’s rounding out the slate with new series such as “Finding My Father” and “Create Your Day Job.” Personally, she defines success “by how much I look forward to beginning my day in the morning and how happy I am when I go to bed at night.” When she’s not at work, you can find her traveling and spending most of her free time with her son Oscar.

Best business advice you’ve received?
Be kind to everyone. That’s the best life advice I’ve ever gotten, too. 

How do you define diversity?
Having an absolutely equal and balanced mix of individuals from every walk of life, religion, social background, ethnicity and sexual orientation.

How do you define success?
By how much I look forward to beginning my day in the morning and how happy I am when I go to bed at night.
